Oscar nominations were announced Tuesday, and although I’ve only seen 3 out of the 8 movies nominated for Best Picture, my money will be on “Moneyball”.
“Moneyball” is a movie about the Oakland A’s manager, Billy Beane, played by Brad Pitt, who needed to work within a small budget to find quality players, and compete against big teams with three times his purse. He went against the grain. . .
